It was coming the speculation, the rumors and the hopes that Michael Vick would be an Orlando Tusker, but it's just not in the cards. It has been made official today that Michael Vick has come to terms with the Philadelphia Eagles for at least the 2009-10 seasons and will not be playing for the UFL Orlando Tuskers.

I've been a big Vick supporter since the beginning as I believe that what he did was far more forgivable than what many marquee NFL players have done over the past 10 years. I would have enjoyed seeing Michael in an league where he would have been clearly dominant, but lets be real, he dominated the NFL. It will be interesting to see how Philly uses him and what the exact role he will play is; either way this is going to be an exciting football season!
